Dan produced some lovely flowers for our wedding ceremony. We gave him rough guidelines for what we wanted, and he gave us a couple price points to chose from. He came up with a unique solution to get my MIL’s favorite flower for a pinned corsage. He is also one of the few (if only!) places in town that will do thistles on boutonnieres. We ended up picking up the flowers the night before and putting them up ourselves at our ceremony site (an hour away from the shot) the day of. The flowers survived the trip and the night just fine. He was very responsive to emails and he and his wife were very easy to work with.

I am beyond thrilled with the floral arrangements from Daniel Vaughn Designs! From start to finish, they brought my wedding vision to life in the most beautiful way. Working with Daniel was an absolute dream. In our first meeting he made a list of my likes and my dislikes and created a ceremony and reception that was unique to me. When Covid hit and we had to shift our date from May to October, Daniel stuck with us and reinvented what we had already created to adapt to a new venue. No detail was left undone. Every corner of space had a hidden surprise. The linens were perfect. He coordinated boutonieres for my girls to wear on their jean jackets that each matched their unique bouquets. Michael on his team created a beautiful tree draped with origami cranes that was a fan favorite with guests and the outdoor tent dripped with candlelight which made for a beautiful and romantic aesthetic - exactly what I had wanted. It was absolutely stunning! Daniel and his team listened to me, and in turn I trusted them to do what they do best. I would recommend Daniel Vaughn Designs to any bride!

Daniel worked closely with my husband and I (and let's be honest, my mom), to bring our vision of a cosmic wedding to a reality. We wanted a celestial-themed wedding, but our reception venue was very formal and elegant, so we had to have the perfect fusion of classy flowers, yet whimsical. Daniel brought our vision to life in the most fantastic way. I also did not want my bouquets to match the venue, but to mimic the natural setting where we were married. I got SO many compliments on our unique bouquets and Kyle and his guys really enjoyed the magnetic boutonnieres Daniel designed. Also, Daniel worked well to accommodate my budget. He was very receptive to all of our questions and thoughts. I was so impressed by his versatility. He is able to execute anything you need, from traditional to boho, and he is so much fun to work with!

We had the pleasure of working with Daniel of Daniel Vaughn designs for our wedding in November, 2022. From the very beginning of the process Daniel was exceedingly accommodating and professional and even arranged to meet with us near our home in Pittsburgh, despite being a couple hours away from our actual venue in Bedford, PA and his storefront in State College, PA. He has amazing insight, vision and taste and helped us cultivate the most beautiful look and feel for our wedding day. His expertise was much appreciated and he guided us when we needed inspiration and also accommodated our last minute changes with grace. He had amazing ideas and clearly still finds joy in helping couples achieve their wedding day vision. He helped make our wedding day so special and beautiful and we would recommend his services to any couple looking for an exceptional flourish for their wedding day!

Daniel Vaughn is simply the best there is in the area. He designed flowers for my wedding with only a few pictures of designs I liked and the end result BLEW ME AWAY! I told him I liked Fall colors and wanted a rustic theme. He went above and beyond to create bridal party bouquets, center pieces, and archway arrangements. I could not be happier with the results as they were better than the pictures I showed him! Our wedding guests were in awe of how perfect the arrangements were. My husband (who worked on a flower farm for many years and knows his flowers) was even raving about how beautiful the flowers were. Daniel is super friendly and responds quickly to any questions. I can’t recommend him enough for any floral needs. You will not be disappointed!!

I came here to write a very different review. I was going to tell you how I was not someone who had my whole wedding planned out before I found my husband, but I did know who I wanted as a florist. Daniel met with me to talk about my vision for my wedding and he quickly understood my style and what I was going for. He talked me through different parts of the day and even saved me some money on some things. I had some unique requests and he worked with me to figure it out and make it happen. He, Michael and his staff were so helpful and kind and went above and beyond. I had hoped to have peonies for my bouquet in August - I knew that was a big ask and it might not happen (which was fine) and they found the loveliest pink peonies! All of our flowers were stunning and the other portions of our decor that they were in charge of were done to perfection. Our wedding was at the Arboretum and the florals could have been lost amongst the gardens but they weren't - they were perfect. He also ensured that our reception was beautiful - beyond what I could ever dream of. That's the review that I came here to write. But 10 days after my wedding my father unexpectedly passed away and Daniel Vaughn Designs sent a gorgeous bouquet to my home upon hearing of his passing. I was already a happy customer, but I truly felt as though as I was treated like a friend. Daniel Vaughn Designs is just special and by far my favorite florist.

I worked with Daniel at Daniel Vaughn Designs recently for my wedding and the flowers were absolutely stunning! I came into the planning meeting with some color palettes, and Pinterest pictures of ideas of what I was thinking for my wedding and Daniel did a great job of listening to me and tailoring everything to work well in my venue and within my budget. He really brought my vision to life and I highly recommend them!

I decided last minute to purchase my bridal bouquet from Daniel Vaughn Designs instead of DIYing it, and it was the best decision! I walked into the flower shop 3 days before my wedding, pointed out a few flowers I liked, and showed them my mood board for my wedding decor. The flowers were a perfect match, and are stunning in every photo! I got so many compliments. They even included some additional flowers for me, my mom, and mother-in-law to put in our hair. Dan did the flowers for my wedding at the Nittany Lion Inn and they were absolutely stunning. I gave him the colors and creative liberty and I am still getting compliments on the bouquets.
